slower racket also offers advantages:
1)great in defense,that is, blocking and also chopping provided the rubber is tacky
2)you can play close to the table,can have good control over placement shots.
3)in rallies,or when exchanging shots,you have the lesser chance in overshooting the table than with a fast racket
4)also great for service returns
