Please note further that ITTF is solely responsible for the approval or ban of any racker coverings .After homologation,ITTF buys rubbers on the market from companies and has them tested in a laboratory in order to find out the following a .Weather they match the samples send for homologation previously b.Weather they match all ITTF rules.
