if you want speed in giving serves,topspin or sidespin serves are the fastest.however,i dont advice you to capitalize on these serves cause they are risky and can be easily driven back/looped back at you.i suggest that you learn underspin serves which is safer.eventually if you are experienced enough with these serves,you can make very fast ones with the underspin.
