One of my current set ups is a joola kool blade with Globe 999 National, oiled up with eucalytus oil and it is as fast as anything I've ever hit with...not an expert, but I can't imagine needing more speed...and control is acceptable...I know 999 isn't know as a rocket, but oiled up on the Kool...It rocks...don't knock it if you haven't tried it..
