I have my Newgy robot for more than 10 years, this problem is
very common. I found out it is
usually caused by the powder or
dust on the new balls. You need to clean the spinner and
the balls from dust and powder
before using it.
In other words, do not use new
balls unless they are all wiped
from the powder!
