Both are cheap because they are the old-style hard sponge. Both are very sticky and spinny. The best chinese rubber they sell at megaspin is the german, but it's much more expensive. The best 729 that sells for around $10 is the 729-2 which has the medium hrs sponge. I've used virtually every 729 product so i know.
