The best i've used is the one im playing right now, stiga clippa.

The spin and speed is good, and the abilities to block are extremely well!

I use it on my backhand for blocking, attacking and counter hitting.

The 802-40 plays pretty similar and is also cheaper. I have not played with it very much, only a minuit or so, the sponge is a little softer than the clippa.
