I think, but not entirely sure, that Mark V XS is a bit harder and more spinny than the regular Mark V. The GPS you are currently using has a softer sponge, and so will probably be better for developing your looping game.

Viscaria is a good blade to be looping with, as its relatively soft. Other rubbers you may want to help you develope you for allwound looping game include:Sriver EL, Sriver FX(though maybe a bit slow without glue), Donic Coppa Tagora, Joola Echo. The list goes on, but as a rule of thumb, something with soft/medium soft sponge. To be honest, another sheet of Mark V GPS would work also
