You can't compare ratings between different manufacturers. They all use their own number system of measurements. The Geospin Tacky will be better for generating pure spin, particularly on serves and pushes, whereas the Tackifire will be much faster. The feel of the rubber is very different, so it's just too hard to compare the two. The control of the rubbers is a matter of how you define control.
