Depends. Are you glueing or not? If you want more speed, go for something a little harder in the sriver series, maybe sriver s or sriver L, or even G2. Else you could try Cermet, faster than all the above. Depends if you are concerned with the spin and control facotrs? you could even try a thicker sponge srive El, dependent on what you are using now
