H3 is about the same hardness as original sriver it is very sticky so it will have more spin.It has a low throw.It is hard to compare chinese rubber to japanese they are very different usually you like one or the other.I use to play shakehand close to the table with a kong special and i used hurricane 2 it was my favorite.I now play j pen and play with sriver el.H2 didn't really work for me on the j pen.I also loop a lot more with the j pen and like japanese rubbers better.Do you speed glue? I find with about 3 layers of glue sriver el is very fast and picks up a ton of spin.
