The unfortunate truth is that the speed ratings of equipment manufacturers and suppliers are VERY BOGUS. Don't spend too many sleepless nights comparing the numbers. There is some credibility when comparing withing a single brand, although even that is debatable.

Without knowing what you are currently using (and ideally seeing you play), it is impossible to give mush of a recommendation. What are you using now? Do you have plenty of control? Adequate spin? How is the speed?

If you have plenty of control with your current setup, you should probably work on turning some (a lot?) of those pushes into loops or drives. There are VERY few rubbers that are really exceptional for looping and pushing.
