I'd think a 1900 looper should be able to manage F1. Keep in mind that F1 is not notoriously forgiving for pushes. Get casual, and you'll regret it.

The best pushing rubber I've ever used is Cream/MRS, but it isn't really a looper's dream. It can serve and block amazingly well though!
