Do you think the MRS sponge is the same hardness as sriver sponge?

and how much more speed and power do you think MRS has over the japan sponge? with same 729 cream topsheet.

I am thinking of getting the softer japan sponge maybe at a thicker 2.2mm to regain some speed and power lost from choosing a softer sponge.

I got sriver to work on my forehand loop/drive which is a weapon lacking in my shots. I play better penhold backhand than forehand. rare but true. I would rather have a softer sponge as this is better for my backhand loop.
