The robo pong 1040 head sits about 6-10(?) inches above the the robo pong 2040 head. The 1040 can be moved to the corner of the tables even with the optional net, while the 2040 is fixed to the center (assuming one wants to keep its net in place).

Any downside to the higher 1040 head? The newgy site overlooks this point. Seems balls would bounce higher and cross the net higher. Also would not mimick a serve as well.

Can these robots mimic a short serve well? really want to practice stepping in for a short serve--then push or flip.
