I'm a decently new player at ping pong, I've only been playing for about a year. I'm looking to upgrade my Kmart paddle for a better one. All I can find is just blades that come with no rubber and I'd like to take up some tournaments sadly I have a small budget around $40 dollars. Any help would be appreciated.

note: tournaments i play in would be for college, therefore my rubbers would need to be one side red and one side black.
