The following was announced on the TT Master web site:

"Dated 9-10-2008. The district civil court in Lausanne, as a pre provisional measures, ordered the reintroduction by ITTF on the list 29B of the rubbers Insider and Swing Back IF, this within 5 days. The provisional hearing is already appointed in November."

Even though I am not going to use this stuff I am very happy about this result because it sends a nice clear message to the ITTF that they can't just do what the hell they want. Thanks, Ben
