According to the English Table Tennis Association web page English National Council agreed to reccomend to local leagues a year's "cooling off" period in regard to the changes in long pimpled rubbers will come into force from 1st July per the ITTF approved rubbers list at ETTA events including country matches.It was noted that each league applies its own regulations in regard to the ITTF approved rubbers list ETTA does not include this within its laws of English Table Tennis.
