Continental US Shipping

Orders of $50 and over are delivered free of charge with the exception of Newgy items, which carry a shipping cost that is displayed on the shopping cart.

Orders below $50 carry a shipping cost that is displayed on the shopping cart.

Almost all orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground depending on order content and location. Items that may be shipped with USPS First Class mail include Table Tennis Master DVDs and Reflex Sports DVDs.

The shopping cart automatically displays shipping fees for orders to continental US locations.

Yinhe and Xiom items ship from Washington (state) via USPS Priority Mail and normally take 1-2 business days to West Coast and 2-3 business days to East Coast.

JOOLA items are shipped from Maryland, via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, and normally take 1-2 business days to the East Coast and 3-5 business days to West Coast locations.

Killerspin ship from Illinois via UPS or USPS. Shipping normally takes 2-4 business days to the East Coast and 3-5 business days to West Coast locations.

IPONG Robots ship via UPS ground from Maryland. Shipping takes 1-5 business days depending on distance from Maryland.

AMDT/Y&T and Oukei robots are shipped free of charge from Caifornia via FedEx ground. Shipping takes 1-5 business days, depending on distance from California.

Newgy items are subject to a standard Newgy shipping fee that is indicated on the shopping cart. Newgy robots are delivered from Tennessee in around 2-5 business days via UPS, depending on distance from Tennessee.

Other items are shipped from Michigan, Maryland or Illinois, depending on availability. Shipping normally takes 1-3 business days to East Coast locations and 3-5 business days to West Coast locations.

Table Deliveries

Tables are delivered via curbside truck freight, with companies like R&L and Yellow Freight.

Killerspin tables are shipped free of charge in 4-7 business days using a liftgate service.

JOOLA tables are shipped free of charge in 2-5 business days using a liftgate service.

Stiga and Butterfly tables are also shipped free of charge in 7-10 business days. No liftgate service is included.

Please ensure to read the Table Delivery Policy when ordering a table.

Next Business Day/Overnight Delivery can be requested from the order form, if this option is available for the order, in Step 1 of the checkout process.

If available, Next Business Day Delivery would cost an extra $45.00.

If an order is received on a business day before 2:00PM Eastern Time, it is normally sent on the same day. Otherwise, the order is sent the following business day.

We cannot always ship glues and liquid cleaners by overnight delivery due to federal regulations, which disallow fire hazard items to be shipped by air. Robots, nets, tables, shoes, bags, bulk ball orders (more than 12 balls) and very large orders cannot be delivered with this service.

Sales Tax

Tennessee customers are charged 9.25% sales tax on Newgy robot orders.

Illinois customers are charged 9% sales tax on Killerspin orders.

California customers are charged 8.75% sales tax on AMDT/Oukei robot orders and Stiga tables.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address given is correct. There may be an $11 charge for correcting the shipping address after an order is submitted.

The customer is responsible for any extra charges resulting from incorrect shipping details.

Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska Shipping

Shipping costs to PR, HI and AK are displayed on the checkout page after entering your shipping address.

Table orders to HI and AK is free of charge to the port of your choice, i.e.: Long Beach, Seattle, etc. You will be responsible to arrange the delivery to the final destination via a freight forwarder or other means.

We can ship all items except tables to APO/FPO addresses. For such orders, please enter or select the following information on the order form during checkout:

• APO or FPO as your city
• AE, AA or AP as your state, depending on your location
• USA as your shipping country

Canada Shipping

For table orders to Canada:

For other items, your shipping cost appears on the shopping cart and shipping normally takes around 5-10 business days.

Canadian authorities or shipping companies may charge import duties, taxes and fees that you may have to pay prior to delivery. Please note that as the importer of the products you are responsible for compliance with local law including the payment of any of these fees.

Rest of the World

For orders outside the US and Canada, your shipping costs are displayed on the shopping cart.

Depending on stock availability, we may need to ship from different shipping locations, causing shipping costs to be considerably higher than single-item orders.

You may get a free USA mailing address: For International customers, we ship to US package forwarding addresses provided by companies like BundleBox or Viaddress. Use your US address given to you by these companies as your shipping address but use your own billing address.

JOOLA and Newgy items cannot be delivered to addresses outside North America.

For AMDT robots, we ship Internationally at a standard $99 fee.

For Oukei robots, we ship Internationally and the shipping cost will be displayed on your shopping cart.

For other robots, we will send you a quote after the order is placed and we will wait for your approval before we ship.

For Killerspin items, International shipping is a flat $35 via Fedex.

For Table Tennis Master DVD's shipping is $5 via USPS First Class Mail.

Our items ship from different parts of the US. Your local taxes such as duty, VAT and other kinds of sales tax are not included in the price of the product and may be charged on your import by your country's authorities. Please note that as the importer of the products you are responsible for compliance with local law including the payment of any of these fees.

Killerspin robots is protected by 1-year warranty. If you are not satisfied, you may return the robot within 30 days. A 25% restocking fee applies if the item is not damaged. Shipping cost (where applicable) is not refundable.

AMDT Robots are protected by 3-year warranty. If you are not satisfied, you may return the robot within 30 days. A 25% restocking fee applies if the item is not damaged. Shipping cost (where applicable) is not refundable.

Oukei Robots are protected by 3-year warranty. If you are not satisfied, you may return the robot within 30 days for a full refund.

Newgy Robots are protected by a 30-Day Unconditional Money Back Guarantee, a standard 1-Year manufacturer warranty and a 5-Year Service Policy (the robot will be serviced by Newgy for free).

Butterfly Robots are protected by a 2 year manufacturer warranty.

SmartPong Robots are protected by a 1 year manufacturer warranty.

IPONG Robots are protected by a 1 year manufacturer warranty. There is a 15% restocking fee on IPONG returns unless the item is being returned or exchanged due to a manufacturing defect or damage.

Other items

Table Tennis Master DVD's are covered by a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If you do not find the DVD's useful, you may return them for a refund.

You can return recreational rackets (not combos or custom rackets), rubbers and blades within 30 days of the purchase, provided that they are still sealed.

Combo rackets and custom rackets cannot be returned.

All other products can be returned within 30 days of their purchase provided they are not used. Shoes and Clothing items, however, can be tried on and returned within 30 days if they do not fit or if you are not happy with your purchase.

To make a return, please request a Return Authorization.

Order discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receiving an item.

Shipping costs for returned items have to be paid by the customer. Please also ensure that returned items are properly packed to protect against damage during delivery.

Items that are deemed to be unacceptable for resale are nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
