What can be returned
You can return any item, except custom-made rackets and tables, within 30 days of your purchase, provided that the item is still in a brand new condition as it was when it was received.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Items that are deemed to be unacceptable for resale cannot be refunded. Customers need to ensure that items are properly packed to protect against damage during delivery.
Table Tennis Master DVD's are covered by a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. You may return them within this period for a refund, provided they are still in good condition.
Tables
Tables cannot be returned. Please see Table Delivery Instructions.
Robots
For IPONG Robots there is a 15% restocking fee unless the item is being returned or exchanged due to a manufacturing defect or damage.
For Killerspin Throw and AMDT Robots there is a 25% restocking fee unless the item is being returned or exchanged due to a manufacturing defect or damage.
Custom-made rackets
Custom-made rackets cannot be returned for a refund. Custom-made rackets are rackets that we assemble to your specifications.
For all other items
You will be refunded in full for your order.
Warranty

For Robots
IPONG Robots and Killerspin Throw are protected by a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
For Oukei Robots and AMDT Robots, please refer to warranty and servicing information on the respective robot product pages.
Newgy Robots are protected by:
- A 30-Day Unconditional Money Back Guarantee
- A 1-year manufacturer warranty
- A 5-year Service Policy (the robot will be serviced by Newgy for free).
Butterfly Robots are protected by a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
SmartPong Robots are protected by a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
For all other items
There is no official manufacturer warranty on other items such as blades and rubber but if it turns out that a product broke within a reasonable time of your purchase, and due a manufacturing defect, we may be able to compensate you.
How to return an Item
To make a return, please request a Return Authorization.
Order Discrepancies/Damage
Order discrepancies (e.g. wrong item received, incorrect quantity of items) or damaged deliveries must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order. We try our best to avoid such mistakes from happening but if they do, we try our utmost to resolve them is the shortest time possible.
