Tacky surface and medium hard & flexible sponge makes it the best choice for attackers.
Use of Pre-Tuned technology makes this rubber an attackers dream. Outlaw relies totally on mechanical grip, (the Japanese technology of creating spin), with high elasticity and sponge that allows for maximum power and friction transfer into the ball. Outlaw was specifically designed for attacking players who will dominate the point mid-distance to away from the table.
Staff note: This rubber truly does play like a tuned product. Treated in a fume box expanded with nitrous oxide, (NOS), then exposed to a Non VOC gas that locks the expansion in place. Light weight and fast! This rubber goes in the highest speed and spin category, comparable to other companies 50-70USD rubber.

Vary good rubber. Fast with excellent control. Best rubber for smashing on the market.
This rubber plays like an expensive options from big names. I play 3 times per week, after 4 months still in perfect shape. Fast, spinny with good control. Serves could be more spinny though. One of the best rubbers for smashing.
I have played about 12 hours with this rubber on 3 separate occasions. My overall impression is that it's okay but just not for my personal taste.
Price. Very Good
Durability. No issues so far on 12 hrs of play
Seems like a good hitting rubber. Where it seemed to lack for me is the spin. Never felt I was getting the amount of topspin I was looking for. Looping was a challenge and IMO took more effort than it should have.
Another review above said this plays like Sriver which I agree. Unfortunately I can't stand Sriver. My brother loves it.
I think I prefer a tackier topsheet. So, just not for me.
I like this version better than the classic version. It still has the same fast feel, but slightly toned down. Spin is way better. The topsheet is very thin, even thinner than QUL.
I have been playing with this on an lkt instinct+ blade for a while. It is good for attacking, but that's it. Decent blocking, pops all of my chops into the air, and it's very inconsistent. Slams constantly go over the table.
So, here's what I say, just since it was good when I first got it.
Basically, a decent beginner's rubber on a slower blade, but not good for much else.
