My experience is based on the single sheet of H3 I have, but I like it.
I don't, however, like it without lots of glue. It is actually very similar to some of the harder sheets of Cream/MRS I've owned. The Cream is a bit softer, and plays MUCH better unglued. I think the H3 is a bit heavier too.
When glued up, the H3 gets very spinny and quite fast. It seems to retain very good control though...
