A soft, light grippy rubber, ideal for RPB. Grippy surface makes it easy to generate short, spinny serves while not being too sensitive to incoming spin, makes it quite forgiving for push and block. On the other hand, brush loop is not so easy. Looping needs to go through the ball and engage the sponge to generate mechanical spin. Overall this is a spinny allround euro-like rubber, perfect for all-round players who want spin and control.

The rubber is just way too slow. It can not be 12, 11, 11 as claimed. Unless I got a fake one, or it has gotten old, I find it simply too slow. It may be a good defensive rubber, but definitely not offensive.

Have this on A Butterfly Primo Vitesse and is very good for the backhand, considering I have s**t for backhand, this rubber really hyped up my backhand.

I'm kinda disappointed though, I was hoping it was COMPLETELY non-tacky but this is SLIGHTLY tacky.

I will not give rates to this rubber since I've had only one training experience, but one should have in mind that focus III sponge is very soft, much softer than focus I (which is among softer sponges) or focus II (which is among harder sponges). So players who do not prefer very soft sponges should avoid it. Otherwise, it is good rubber just as focus I & II.

this sponge is somehow weird. it is very soft and you get the feel that the ball sinks in the sponge and stays there a little more than it should. after that the ball is not so slow as you could expect, however it is not so fast either. I don't like this combination, focus I and focus II seem better to me

Very much like Palio Macro Pro but a bit softer and slower with very good control. A very good rubber overlooked by most players, may be due to lack of promotion by manufacturer. A slightly harder sponge say 4 to 4.5 may improve the speed. Then it will be perfect

Good rubber. High quality, a little soft, but i like soft rubbers. Good for top spin, good control and good speed. Plays great on stiga oc and schlager light. Not the fastest rubber, but good enough to produce enough speed for drives and smashes to make them effective. If you like super fast rubbers this one may not be the one, however if you enjoy decent spin and control then this may suit you. I like this rubber, very euro feel, similar to rapid dtecs, but not as fast.

A high quality product. The topsheet is completely nontacky, and looks very nice. sponge makes it feel "dead." Focus III would probably play better with glue.

Very strange rubber! I agree with gatisubbu, "better if glued to soft feel and medium fast blades"
Very bad match on a carbon or stiff blade. Feels like dead jello with weird low throw angle on a fast carbon blade.
But, on a wood or soft/medium blade, plays and feels actually pretty good(still slow though) If you're a relatively new player, that uses euro strokes, this may be for you, but DON'T put on a fast/carbon blade!

I like this rubber a lot. It has a ton of grip and allows for good feel in placing shots. I am not a big power player, but it is quick enough for me. It also holds up very well, especially considering the price.

I was pretty happy with this one. After i got used to it, which didnt take long, i was pulling shots off with ease. Just warming up with it, i was really happy with how i could squeeze out some really fast topspin shots, and when you get to mid distance and you start looping with it, it works great. I was also really pleased with over the net shots and pushes. It works great when you're making touch shots. I would recommend it to any generally offensive player. Good rubber, Great value.

Very high price to performance ratio. It will be better if glued to soft feel and meduim fast blades. If glued to hard or faster blades has a very low throw. Good for mid distance play. Not suitable for chopping. Never tried with speed glue.

This is a very good looping rubber. Works best off the table. Not good for chopping. Ok for the short game, but not great.

I consider this the highest quality product from friendship. It's unique amongst chinese rubbers in that it doesn't come with any protective film stuck to the topsheet....just tracing paper like the old school japanese rubbers. The finish is very much japanese...I had to really toss a coin between non sticky and lightly sticky. This is like friendship's answer to joola mambo. Soft and good for looping, but a bit soft for the short game and for driving/hitting the ball fast. Beautiful product as chinese rubbers go...the top of the heap.

This was surprisingly slow, especially for a non-tacky rubber. It's probably more suitable for controlled blocking (though I haven't tried it with speed glue).
