I'm an amateur player at an intermediate level. I prefer allround style close to table and at mid-distance.
I play Nittaku Piecea (5-ply hinoki woods) with Nittaku Sieger PK 50 (2,0) on my FH and Andro Hexer Grip SFX (1,9) on my BH.
Andro Hexer Grip SFX is a really nice rubber. Not hard but no too soft, very spinny with moderate catapult effect. The speed and sensivity for incoming rotation are average. The control is good, but you have to play a dozen hours to feel this rubber. Comparing to Rakza 7 Soft - which in my opinion is very similar rubber - Grip SFX is harder to control and has lower throw angle, but offer more difficult strokes to handle for your opponent.
I trully recommend this rubber. I use it on my BH and I am really happy of it.
To sum up, my rating for Andro Hexer Grip SFX (in scale 1 to 10) is:
Speed = 8,5
Spin = 9,3
Control = 9,0

I'd like to quote another review and say it's a spin monster with amazing control! Good on FH and BH. Some say it might be fragile. Hasn't been the case for me.

I have it in max thickness on FH and BH on a Tibhar Startus Power Wood (fast thick 5-ply wood blade). I have played with Rasanter R37 max, Rakza 7 Soft max, Baracuda 2.0, Hurricane 3 Neo 2.15 black unboosted and some others. I have also tried it on a Yasaka Sweden Classic and Yasaka Sweden Extra. I like it more on the TSPW, the control remains the same.

Spinwise, it won't make your strokes lazy like Baracuda, nor is it technically as demaning as H3N. It's rewarding yet forgiving. It's spinnier, less bouncy and easier to control than Rakza 7 Soft max and Rastanter R37 max. The arc is really nice, not as high as Baracuda, lower than Rakza 7 Soft and Rasanter R37. It's nice to see many loops curve down late and bounce deep on the opponent's side. The ball also dips quite fast and low after bouncing on the opponent's side. The dipping is similar to H3N. I mainly loop with my FH, but my BH loops have also improved with this rubber. It sometimes slips with openups. That might be due to the topsheet/humidity/technique. Openups are easier with Baracuda.

The nice control and 'not so bouncyness' gives you confidence to go for the shot. The ball just lands where you want it to go! Best control i've had!

The speed is plenty enough for me. Since it's not as bouncy as the other 3 tensors, having more gears, it's more controllable, thus for me potentially faster. Doesn't seem to bottom out.

Serving, pushing, blocks, touches, chops - all nice and good.

Soft rubber. Light. Good feel. Nice clicky sound.

My ratings:
Speed: 8.6
Spin: 9.4
Control: 9.6

In conclusion: Awesome SPIN! + Superb CONTROL! It's a vicious weapon. Go for it!

The greatest advantage of this rubber is precision and repeatability. Fabulous control. The spin is large, but not larger than victas ventus extra, for example. Great quality. Very good grip. Topspin - "piece of cake". Serving is precise and to the point. The rubber has a balanced, not too big catapult effect in contrast to the yasaka 7 soft. Therefore, there are no uncontrolled shots. Otherwise, yasaka is not inferior, but a bit more difficult to play. Short table play and raises are very easy.

I like it a lot! I use it for BH on Joola flame extreme (OFF blade) and it does everything the way I want it. Previously, I used AK47 blue for my BH and wanted to switch with rubber that has the same sponge hardness (38-40). Hexergrip SFX is a tensor rubber that has 40 degree sponge and makes the rubber has a soft-ish feel. The rubber is also quite light.

In terms of performance, I can easily adjust my BH with this rubber within the first try. (I am a BH dominant player). This rubber suits for all-around attacking player because you can do killer loop, block and chop with this rubber. Lifting underspin is easy. I have not found any flaws with this rubber yet. It also seems quite durable because I have hit the edge of the table twice with this rubber and no damage at all.

In my opinion this rubber is good on OFF-, OFF, OFF+ blade. Good also on stiff blade.

To summarize:
Speed is good
Spin is very good
Control is superb

A top notch rubber!

1.9mm black on a Yinhe MC-4 carbon blade. Weight uncut 62g. Cut 45g. Earlier I have used TSP Ventus Soft 1.8mm and Andro Rasanter R37 2.0mm for my backhand. Now I decided that I should try this one. The slightly harder sponge (40deg) makes this rubber a bit faster than the two other, but for me, in a good way. The SFX is superior in blocking. Where the VS is a bit bouncy and the R37 is a bit dead, this one feels quite perfect in speed and throw. The throw is a tiny bit higher than the other two, and the higher speed makes it easier to set my opponent under a bit of pressure. At the same time I feel that the SFX makes it easier to place the ball where I want it, so the control is better. This rubber is also more grippy than the other two. Service and pushing feels nice and spinny. Topspin is also a little better, giving a little bit more catapult effect. Now I have used this for one session so far, but the sensation is that this is a better rubber for me, in every way. Flat hits are way better with this SFX rubber as well. I never had so many flat hits going in as with this one. I have had a couple of table impacts with this rubber, and it's a bit fragile I must say.

previously I used calibra lt spin in fh. because I need good control and rotation. but endurance is a problem with that. so I need a substitute that is commensurate but with better endurance. I tried hexer grip sfx and I feel this is better than LT spin. faster. more spinning. more controlled. very easy to use. I can do everything with this. just waiting for the sfx grip will last longer than LT spin. very satisfied with the performance of this rubber. thank you andro .. i think my search ended on hexer grip sfx .. i have tried t05 and this i think is very similar to a much cheaper price .. with sfx grip i discouraged to buy t05 .... ( sorry i use google translate)

If there is a magic, one have to draw some pentagram on this rubber to invoke it ))) a bit mushy, very average tensor, but with extremely overestimated durability. It was enough to slightly hook the edge of the table tangentially - and miracle has come! 3 cm crack - topsheet with the sponge together! Rakza 7 Soft, rasanter 37, Tibhar Evolution EL-S, Tackiness Drive and many others survived similar hits with no consequences ( or with minimal cosmetic) .... I wouldnt say of Mark V, which rather will damage the table...)))

Fantastic rubber. Great control, plenty of spin and plenty fast enough. Have this on a Yasaka Sweden Extra, 1.9mm on forehand. Decided to try this after using Andro Rasanter 1.7 on forehand which, whilst excellent, felt a smidge underpowered on the Extra. Best feature is the exceptional control and consistency which bumps up the percentage landing on the table and provides confidence to go for shots a bit more. A keeper.

Great rubber, I use it on bh, because I need more control and also for drive, block, loop. I recomend to players looking for control for all/off play of style.

I have adjusted my ratings !!!
Update from 06/2020: Finally I found IT !!!! ... THE Spin monster with outstanding control !!!
( Weight: "light" selected, bl., 1,7 mm, packed 90 g and 58 g uncutted. ... 43 g on my OFF+ blade. (150 x 156 mm)
After a test phase of 4 months with various rubbers, on various blades (Carbon, ALC, Super ZLC), I can finally finish my odyssey !!! In recent years, I have played no rubber, that has produced so much rotation. (- and there was even a Tenergy 05 FX among others !!!) Due to the introduction of the ABS ball, i was looking for a new forehand rubber, that gives the ABS ball the rotation I was used to. So far I played mostly rubbers with a sponge hardness of max. 42.5 degrees around 2 mm thickness. By the way, I've opted for a harder, stiffer and faster blade. (Jun Mizutani Super ZLC replica). In combination with the HEXER Grip SFX (which has only a 40 hard sponge and a tight upper rubber), with these harder blade, I now have a similar wonderful game feeling as before !!! (- I previously played a Timo Boll ALC with the Joola Rhyzm-Tech in 2 mm.) I play this rubber in 1.7 mm thickness on a Super ZLC blade at my FH and I'm simply thrilled !!!!
Conclusion: This new SFX version with its 40 sponge plays amazingly direct and pleasant and undoubtedly suitable for the backhand as well as the forehand. Whether in active or passive game, every game situation (including service) can be mastered with great certainty. Yesterday while training with this wonderful new rubber, I had to be very surprised. My opponent could not reciprocate my service. When I played the old Hexer Grip (which is much harder, ... but SLOWER !!!) on a Sanwei King Kong 2 (Carbonblade), almost all my services came back !!!!!
- I can only recommend to anyone to try this rubber !!!
