Put it on FH, it's indeed a heavy rubber. The spin is pretty good. I'm not sure if my FH is improving or what, but my colleagues struggled to control my spins since I'm using this rubber. But when speed is needed, it gave it. Blocking is crisp too. But u need to be active when using it. It rewards the attacking players.
