• If you are not 100% satisfied with your Li-Ning purchase, we will accept a return for a full refund - no questions asked.
• Return shipping is absolutely free within 14 days of the purchase.
• You may still return your order up till 30 days from the purchase date but your return shipping is only covered in the first 14 days.
• Please make sure to use the enclosed "Return" parcel label in order to get free return shipping.
• Returned products must be in the condition they are received, in their original packaging. It is important that the original labels remain attached to the items where applicable. If the returned goods are damaged, we reserve the right to demand compensation.

Please contact us, giving us your order number, so that we can schedule a pick up time for your goods. The courier will pick up your package at your preferred location.
